Their Story: Twin brothers Philippe and Pierre Aubry run this highly original estate in the village of Jouy-les-Reims making Champagnes of distinct personalities. They have become known for the pursuit of “forgotten grapes”, such as Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Fromenteau. Many believe they have the best “pink-fizz” in the whole Region.
